Bring specialists to Viet Nam with HR4U JSC as the employer.

How foreign employees are treated.
Social and health insurance
Foreign employees with a work permit and a labour contract are generally covered by compulsory social and health insurance, with exceptions such as intra-company transferees and people over retirement age.
No unemployment insurance
From 1 January 2026, foreign employees are not covered by unemployment insurance under the Employment Law 2025, so total contributions are 1 percentage point lower on each side.
Personal income tax
Tax residents (183 days or more in Viet Nam in the year, or a regular residence) pay progressive rates like Vietnamese employees. Non-residents pay a flat 20% on Vietnam-sourced employment income.
